Resolved: Withholding access to my money
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I paid the loan off November 23 however the money was not immediately transferred to my account and still has not been transferred as of today, November 29. . I have been in contact with MoneyLion reps every day.
I was first told it would take 1 business day, then 2 business days, and now they are telling me it will be another 3 to 5 business days. They have received their money from me but are refusing to give me the remaining $775 that I am entitled to.

I missed a $9.99 credit builder and I didnt know that I was supposed to continue to pay 9.99 each month. I thought I was supposed to pay the $98 is part of one payment per month that I had got from credit builder through MoneyLion so they put my stock on liquidation so now I will have to wait until next month for my stock can be ready another $98 for my investment and I shouldnt have to wait that long for anything I wanted to buy stock but I cant do it now.

Customer of 8 years account closed
Closed becausey phone was stolen and apparently hacked into. Someone kept using an account with no funds to pay off the loan and take a new one out

It says I exceeded the number of attempts to enter my SSN. No one answers at customer service as usual, 3 numbers, 2 are disconnected.

I've called every number the websites offer and not once have I got a human being..I emailed and they tell me due to security reasons it has to be done through a phone call..the chat bot is stupid and when you do get a human after chat bot they don't have that kind of access...wtf??? ITS A JOKE! N

Have trouble with account
I can't add any funds I have been granted the credit builder loan but I can't add money. I had talked to someone once but now update on resolution for the issue

I have submitted a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the FDIC. I will also submit a complaint to the BBB.
I did not do anything with my account and I had no "suspicious activity". It is not legal to lock me out of the different money lion services I have and continue to take money out of my bank account, and charge me a membership fee for an app when you have closed my account and will not let me log in.
Moneylion closed my account for "suspicious activity" and will not explain why or reinstate the account.
I didn't do anything suspicious and I have been a customer for many years and repaid many loans. Moneylion continued to charge me money without letting me log in.
I called customer service and emailed too and they do not fix anything.

Made an account to see what was available. Logged on just the one time and decided not to use them.
3 days later my bank gets drained of 3 debits totaling $460 ,Dollars. I never used their services so obviously my account was compromised. They want pictures of me holding my ID to "help" resolve issue but I told them absolutely not because they weren't very safe with my personal information to start with.
Now they have me locked out of account...crooks. Guess my bank will have to try to resolve issue.

Someone else using my ssn
I cant use the site bc someone is using my ssn. The only reas on n I downloaddd MoneyLion was to be able to use the advanced money.
