Hello,
I'm reaching out because I've exhausted every standard customer support channel available, including live chat, phone calls, and email, yet my issue remains unresolved.
My account has been incorrectly flagged for missed loan payment(s), despite my April Credit Builder Loan payment being received, my May payment being deferred with a MoneyLion representative's approval, and my June payment already being withdrawn from my bank account.
Additionally, my Instacash repayment history contains discrepancies. I received $440.00 in Instacash deposits but have repaid $472.94, meaning I have repaid more than I borrowed. Despite remaining current on my obligations, my Instacash access has been suspended, and no representative has been able to explain why.
I have repeatedly received scripted responses instead of a meaningful review of my account. I am requesting that someone with the authority to investigate this conduct a manual review and provide a resolution.
At this point, I am requesting one of two outcomes:
1. Restore my Instacash access immediately if my account is in good standing, or
2. Close my Credit Builder Loan immediately and review my account for reimbursement of the payments I have made toward that loan, as I have not received the benefit it was marketed to provide.
I can provide documentation and screenshots supporting every statement above. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from your executive or customer relations team could review my account and contact me directly.

They will not give me back my refund

I sent them all verification; I even got verification from my bank. I did everything, and they said when they would give me back my money, and that just doesn't make any sense. They never contacted me or anything regarding this matter. I need help.

Because that's not right. I'm on disability, and I only have one income coming in a month, and they took my bill money, and they're not trying to help me or anything, so they would not give me back my money, and I feel that's not right.

I've been dealing with this since a week and a half ago, and nobody has tried to help me or even fix my issue. Every time I try to sign in and get to the part for my SS#, it tells me I've tried too many attempts to put my SS# in, and now it will not let me get into my account.
I've dealt with this issue, so I wish someone would fix it because it's getting frustrating.
I can't get in and complete my account, and someone should have been in contact with me, but nobody has. This is becoming very, very, very annoying and frustrating.

An employee at MoneyLion typed in my email address wrong, and now MoneyLion won't fix the problem they caused because they say I have to wait 30 days! No one will let me speak to a supervisor or manager, nor do they seem to care that I am now homeless because of their mistake!
I am locked out of my account where every *** I have is for another 27 days; therefore, I was kicked out, and with no money, my dog and I are homeless on the streets! Do not use MoneyLion!

VA BENEFITS HIJACKED
- - MoneyLion used a third party to access VA disability payment.
- - Pathward Bank holds the funds.
- - My account was compromised and the full amount was taken.
Money lion used a third party to hack my VA DISABILITY payment. Pathward Bank is the bank that has the funds.
My bank account should have never been compromised. They had my information for the monthly payments I agreed to pay for there services. Until now I thought the Money Lion app was very useful and one of the better money lending companies. The thing is, now instead of taking their monthly payment, they thought it would be better just to take my whole amount.
So, all day today I've been trying to figure out a way to get my money back. My virtual card isn't working , wasn't sent a debit card , instant ach pull not working, manual ach pull not working. This is something that really bothers me . I'm not a religious person and I'm sure I've made some mistakes throughout my life, but when people are just born terrible and do shady shit, especially hacking and holding people's money.
I'm sure there's worse stories than that , it's just so wrong , so evil. Many lives have been severely affected by these soulless people Trust no one .

New number and now because I don't have old email to sign in moneylion to get my disability.and my ID has expired they won't change email .I told them with government shut down I couldn't fix it yet and they still won't .I have cancer and can't get meds or nothing

Your May loan payment may have been deferred with approval, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t classified in-house as missed. The representative approval just means they won’t report the missed payment to the credit bureaus.
