I experienced fraud on my MoneyLion account, but Pathward, who are partners with MoneyLion, are supposed to be investigating. I had a $1,000 transaction that supposedly took place at Walmart on either June 8th or June 10th.
Their statements mention one date, but the Advocacy Department gave me another. Regardless, I didn't make that transaction. The card was supposed to have been closed, because an hour before that transaction was made, there was an attempt at a Bank of America ATM. The Bank of America ATM declined the card and shut it down, recognizing it as fraud.
Yet, Pathward/MoneyLion did not close the card as they were supposed to. They allowed the same transaction to be made at a Walmart 1 hour later and they keep denying the dispute. They refuse to comment on the fact that Bank of America sent a notification to shut the card down due to too many attempts using the wrong pin number. An hour or two later, the same transaction was made after my card was supposedly closed.
This was an unauthorized transaction and the Advocacy Department refuses to refund me. They also won't allow me to file disputes for packages that I purchased but did not receive. They filed these disputes as unauthorized transactions and refuse to allow me to dispute them, even though they are in the wrong. I did not receive these items.
They even sent a check worth $347 to the wrong address. Pathward/MoneyLion said it would take 4-8 weeks to investigate, despite acknowledging that they sent the check to the wrong address. They refuse to refund me for this check that I didn't receive. All in all, they owe me.
I have provided information that should result in them crediting me. This includes the Bank of America decline, which shut down my card, but they reopened the card and allowed the same transaction that BoA had declined. These items they would not allow me to dispute were not received, even after I filed a police report. They owe me $2,200 in total.
Here are the transactions: On 6/7, an item worth $63.11 was not received. On 6/7, another item worth $87.44 was not received. On 6/9, an item worth $43.60 was not received. On 6/8, an item worth $38.51 was not received.
On 6/6, a transaction worth $303 was unauthorized. Finally, on 6/9, an item worth $47.65 was not received.

Took entire unemployment check of $660 for an Instacash loan I turned off automatic payments for. We have had issues with not receiving our direct deposits, exorbitant fees, and now fraudulent transactions on their behalf.
When we did have a genuine theft of our card information a couple of years ago, it took 3 weeks to get any of our money back.
No pending credits, no refunds, no nothing. After this last incident with the unemployment debacle and losing my new job because I couldn't afford gas, I hope they get another class action that I can join.

No. The issue was never solved.. I will be taking legal action..
I closed my loan account and verified the account for depositing my funds, but they deposited into an account I haven't used in this app since 2022, and it's closed. They told me there's nothing they can do, even though I have the transcripts of my conversation with the representative confirming the correct account. Don't trust this company at all; it's fraudulent.

I signed up for MoneyLion, thinking I could use all their outlets such as their, credit for Loan I invest in money on their site and plenty of things to where I should be approved for the credit builder loan. ive been on that site since I say about five months maybe even a year almost my account.
They kicked me off for some reason to go to sign back on. Wasnt able to take me over two weeks to get back on when I finally did after being able to use everything and was ready to sign up for the credit loan, I was denied because they couldnt prove who I was. You have no problem, taking my money and asking for my money but when I need their help as I say, they could help its not available because they cant prove my identity.Yet they have my ssn personal bank information.let me have an advance in a different way and let me put my money into their site.
Dont fall for it. They are scams and all they do is set you up and make you believe youre actually gonna get a better credit score and all this from them which youre not theyre just gonna take from you.with all the personal information they have on me theres no reason they cant prove my identity.

We are now at January 30, and I submitted the first of numerous tickets back on the 12th, and I'm still waiting for anything. An update would be nice but a resolution would be better.
So the short version is: I was earning through one of their games, got credited all the way through till the last three milestones. At this point, I still have 50 days left to complete all the milestones, but I still can't get them to credit my account.
I've sent in numerous screenshots of screen time, as well as pictures of my current game level, etc. It's only about $6 and I don't know how I could fake or cheat but nonetheless here I am, almost 2 weeks in and still waiting.
Update:
We are now February 3rd, and "they are still working hard".
So maybe in a couple of months a resolution will be reached.
Preferred solution: I want the credits I have earned.

Well I've been with money line for almost a year and they've been great. I haven't had any issues no problems.
I've been able to get the money I needed every time until a week ago. I paid every time they've been paid back every time. They've been very good until a week ago. I always get $100 and this time they only offered me 15.
That's like an insult $15. I don't even know how to respond to that after 8 months.
Like what it's like they reset me Like I'm a brand new customer and I haven't got my issue resolved yet. Nobody has contacted me or emailed me

They asked for verification, which I provided, and I explained to them that I could access my account.
I also let them know that I have a new phone, new phone number, and new email account. They were supposed to update my information, but they refused.

I can't access my account for several months. I've sent my documents multiple times yet I still can't get into it.
It's frustrating when I've sent my identity documents many times, and I continue to receive emails from Money Lion and still can't access my account. I would simply like to access my account so that I don't have to keep calling.

I am filing a dispute with all three credit bureaus and the Better Business Bureau. I have contacted MoneyLion multiple times regarding their failure to report timely to my FICO and Vantage credit.
They have not reported since April for all three. I paid off this loan and they have not reported this.
It was last reported late in April. They have failed to do their part.
Preferred solution: Updated credit reporting reflecting on time payments and pay off.

Having problems adding debit card it let me add one card but wont allow me to add debit
I still cant add my debit card it keep saying security issue and thats the only debit card I have with my direct deposit
